The Selby Avenue Action Coalition (SAAC) is a diverse group of neighborhood stakeholders who came together in 2010 to find ways to inspire enterprise and investment on nine underutilized blocks of Selby Avenue.

We are an all-volunteer group, with a vested interest in the success of our own businesses, institutions and families residing on this section of the neighborhood. We are committed to further contributing to a more vital Selby Avenue.

Over the last five years, SAAC members have held design workshops, visioning sessions, market studies, and asset inventories with the community. Recently we completed a strategic plan and established a committee structure. In 2011 we expect to begin launching several creative development strategies for projects along Selby Avenue from Dale Street to Lexington Avenue.
